Well, the chicken caught fire. Literally. I am quickly growing to dislike this super-duper stainless Brinkman grill we have, and am ready to go back to the 12 year-old Weber with too-little cooking surface. I caught the chicken in time... skinned it (meaning, peeled the burnt part off), topped w/ plain BBQ sauce, covered w/ foil, and finished baking in the oven. It was edible. But any nuances of flavor went up in smoke.
Wall-E was very cute and quite clever. I was beginning to think the entire movie would have no talking in it, but we finally saw humans. It was not an environmentalist-whack-job movie, but definitely had something to say about litter. As my husband earns his living from landfills, he assures me even if America stop generating trash today, he'll still have a job from which he can retire. So I have no problem with a little nudge to quit throwing so much stuff away. If you haven't seen Wall-E, I won't spoil it for you, but let's just say after watching it, I was ready to go jogging and get lots of exercise!
